I couldn’t recommend Clio enough. She helped me through a tough transitional period in my life & without her professional support I know the time would have been much tougher to navigate.

I have found working with Clio extremely helpful. She is kind, patient, understanding and solution focused. She helps me understand how my previous trauma affects me now. She makes me feel safe enough to talk about things that I find really hard to open up about and things I generally wouldn’t speak about with anyone. I would highly recommend her.

How would I describe the outcome of my coaching sessions? Significant, and life changing. I am so glad I have invested the time and sought out professional help. I would say I have a lot of great people in my life who I would feel comfortable to talk about things with, but professional help is next level.
