Therapeutic Coaching

Therapeutic Coaching gives you a space to think clearly, work out what matters most to you and explore what's next. This is for people who want to learn about themselves and take ownership of their story. They want to move forward with clarity, confidence and understanding.

The quality of everything we do depends on the quality of the thinking we do first. The quality of our thinking depends on the way we treat each other while we are thinking.

Qualifications

I am an EMCC Global Accredited Senior Practitioner in Coaching.

What makes me different to other coaches is that I'm a dual-skilled, dual-qualified therapist coach. I work at psychological depth and I'm trained to do this as a qualified counsellor, accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

If you are unsure of whether coaching or therapy is more suitable for you, I can offer both (starting with therapy and transitioning to coaching) or a blend: therapeautic coaching.

Who I work with

Therapeutic coaching
Many of my clients are drawn to the foreward momentum and goal focus coaching offers but also need space and time to deal with issues that might be causing distress or difficulty. I can be your counsellor-coach.

ADHD
I work with people who are diagnosed or self-diagnosed neurodivergent, particularly ADHD. I can help you manage overwhelm, lean into your strengths and support you to thrive through self-understanding and self-acceptance. I am late-diagnosed ADHD and am commited to learning as much as I can about neurodivergence and making my practice neuro-affirming.

I'm currently training in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) for ADHD. I have a specialist ADHD coach supervisor.

Life transitions
I work with people going through significant life transitions, whether that is related to relationship (such as divorce), menopause, health (people living with a health condition) or bereavement.

Confidence
Do you struggle to feel good enough? Is your self esteem low? Do you struggle to set boundaries or assert yourself. I can help you reconnect with yourself and build your self-worth so that you feel empowered to push back and make decisions more confidently.
