What I Offer

I offer hour-long, weekly, fortnightly or flexi-counselling sessions in Exeter and Exmouth. I work with individuals over 18.

Please get in touch to find out my practice hours. I may have some availability for people who want term-time only sessions.

The length of the therapeutic journey will be different for everyone. I offer short-term, medium-term and long-term work.

I prefer to work face to face but if online video calls offer better access to counselling, we can discuss this.

I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Please see my FAQs for more information on training courses I have completed and am working on.

I offer a free, online or over the phone, 20-minute consultation before our first session if you have questions.

I have a sliding scale fee of £60-£80 and ask my clients to pay what they can afford within this band for a 1 hour session.
